GRC Builders: An Experienced General Contractor for Carolina Homeowners
Let Our Crews Build Your Dreams!
While our company is commonly known as Griffin Roofing & Construction, many people know our new construction division as GRC Builders. Whichever name you call us by, you can be confident that you will receive the same level of quality our company is well-known for!
GRC Builders is licensed by both the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors and the South Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors. We’re here to help Carolina homeowners realize the home of their dreams.
Our Construction Process
As a licensed general contractor, GRC Builders can handle every scope of your new construction project, from conception to completion. We pay attention to the details so you can avoid unexpected surprises in the middle of the process. Here are the steps we will take to ensure the success of your project.
Initial consultation. Once you reach out to our staff, we will discuss your goals for the project and provide information about our company and past projects we have done that are relevant to yours. This consultation will include discussion of your design goals, timeline and budget.
Budgeting & design. We will draft a rough budget based on the initial consultation. With your approval, we then proceed to the design phase where working floor plans and specs are drawn up.
Estimating. Once you have approved the design plan, we create a detailed estimate that will give you the final cost of your project down to the penny. We understand that a new home will likely be the largest investment you ever make, and we want you to be comfortable with this investment.
Construction. A GRC Builders project manager oversees the construction crew and coordinates work with local permitting officials, subcontractors and delivery personnel. Your project manager will be available to you to answer any questions and address concerns you have through the course of the project.
Completion. After final inspections have been completed, your project manager will conduct a final walk-through with you address any outstanding items and ensure all work is completed to your satisfaction.
